I think that theater and CenterPoint Theatre in particular is important to our community’s well-being. This beautiful venue gives us a place to express ourselves, to laugh, to cry, to dance, to sing, to learn and to love.
Ragtime has been my favorite musical at CPT hands down! The music was outstanding and each song was woven together into the fabric of the plot. Ragtime was a story of racism, the class system and other things that plague our country still today. For me this story carried with it an emotional punch. It resonated with me and made me want to see it over and over, which of course I did!
Jeff and I are the proud parents of 4 simply wonderful young men and the grandparents to the cutest, most energetic and clever granddaughters (2) and four grandsons! When I find a minute of free time you can find me working in my garden, reading a book, compiling family history books and spending every minute I can with the grandkids.
